Another baby!

We wanted to announce that we are expecting our 4th baby (and last)!!!! We are very excited! I am 14 weeks and COUNTING! WOW....my body is sooo tired. I don't know if it's my age or if it's because this is the 4th, I'm sure it's both factors. I can't imagine having babies after 35... seriously!

I am due the end of July, I thought I might as well add another birthday in July. Mine is the 15th, Lauryn's is the 26th and Chad's is August 5th so now we will have another mixed in there. We will party even harder in July! So here we go!

I made Trent his favorite poppy seed cake. Yummy!!!

He wanted a cheese enchilada and ice cream brownie for dinner on his birthday.

For lunch on his birthday he got a subway sandwich. So nice and healthy.

All he wanted was rollerblades. He rollerblades everyday all day. I'm tired of getting after him for rollerblading around the kitchen.

Our trip to St. John

Chad and I were so very fortunate to go on a trip to the Caribbean. Chad's work took the top 10 sales reps to St. John for a week. Chad worked his tail off all last year and landed in 3rd. He said it was all worth it. St. John was a trip we will never forget.

We spent two days on St. Thomas and five days on St. John. St. Thomas was beautiful but nothing like St. John. We had our own hut on the beach in a private cove. Absolutely beautiful. I knew paradise existed but never knew I would ever experience it.

We boated up to the British Islands. They were beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing! We went to Jost Van Dyke Island and experienced "Foxy's". Foxy is an Islander who owns half the island. He has a fun barbecue joint on the beach. We got to experience Caribbean barbecue. It was so delicious. His place made me think of Kenny Chesney's song. "No shoes, no shirt, no problems". I heard Kenny Chesney is a regular there. We did get to see one of Kenny Chesney's homes on St. John at Turtle Bay. Honestly what a life. (I'm a huge Kenny fan).

We also went on a catamaran to an island called "Soggy Dollar". The reason it's called soggy dollar is because there is no dock so the boats come in as far as they can then you have to swim the rest of the way. There's nothing on the island but a bar. We don't drink but we sure enjoyed the beautiful beach. It was well worth the swim!

We basically just relaxed and snorkeled our hearts out. It truly was a trip where you come home all renewed. I just wanted someone to pack my kids up and send them to me. I could honestly live the island life. I guess we will just hold on to the memories!

My mom gave me this cookbook for Christmas. It is the best cookbook ever. All the recipes sound and look amazing. They seem to all be pretty easy. The recipes I've cooked so far, have been so good. You all need this cookbook. You'll love it!!!

Hello friends! It's the McClellan's. We are back. I know it's been way too long since we've posted and really I don't have an excuse, except pure laziness! Please forgive us.

We had a wonderful Christmas and hope you all did as well. Here's some pictures of our children. They had a great day. Tyler gave us lots of cheezers when we took his picture.

So...I got a new calling at church. I am the 1st counselor in the Primary presidency.I know I know what a shock- I've been in shock all week. I tried convincing them I'm not presidency quality. Their not buying it. Well... I guess I can't hide in the Nursery forever. I've had a feeling the past few months that something big was heading my direction. So..here I go whether I'm ready or not. No really it will be good. I need my butt kicked back into the spiritual gear.

What happened to our garden?

I don't know what happened to our garden this year. These are basically all the tomatoes we've got so far. Usually we have bundles of tomatoes. Our pumpkins never made it eithier. It's so sad when your garden fails. Oh well...better luck next year.

First day of school

Lauryn and Trent started a new school this year. They love it. It took Lauryn a couple days to get used to the school. But now she loves it and doesn't miss her old school. Trent started Kindergarten. He wouldn't even give me a hug goodbye he just looked at me like whatever mom that's not cool and he ran to get in line. He really was ready for Kindergarten years ago. He acts like he's 18 years old.

Yay! I found my camera. I guess all I needed to do was clean out my kitchen cabinet where I tend to stuff a lot of things. The only thing I need now is batteries for it. If it's not one thing it's another...right?

Well....pictures will come soon. In the mean time I have to say the most patriotic thing I've ever seen is watching my son sing "God bless America" word for word in the most sweetest loudest voice. It puts me in tears. I love it!

Lost camera!!

I lost my camera. My kids play with it sometimes so who know's where it could be. Well....I thought I would give a little update on our lives. Tyler is now 21 lbs. He is almost off the charts. I can't lug him around anymore. I hope I'm burning calories carrying him around especially in his carseat (which he will be out of in the next couple weeks). He is the happiest baby I've ever seen. He smiles all day. He is now on solids. We had to start the solids at 4 months because he just wasn't getting quite enough. He loved solid foods from the start. When we gave him his first bowl of rice cereal he never spit it out and he was grinning ear to ear. He tries sitting up all the time and he likes to grab his toes. Oh...so cute. He is almost in 12 months clothes. I think he wore each outfit from 0-12 months maybe 2 or 3 times. Life is heaven with him.

Trent is getting ready for Kindergarten. His Doctors Apt. is in March when he turns 5. I teased him and told him to stay 4 forever. He said "Mom...No...I want to turn 5 so I can get a job". He will continue soccer this Spring he is also going to start baseball. We will have a busy Spring.

Lauryn loves to help with the baby. Tyler really likes her. She is also going to play soccer.

Chad has been snowboarding a lot this Winter. He has had a lot of fun.

Life continues on....Hopefully my camera shows up somewhere.

Oh....Life is quite busy with three kids and a part time working mom. I don't have much time to do anything extra like updating our blog! Laundry is sitting on the floor waiting to be folded but I thought I would catch up on the blog instead. Lauryn has been off track since Christmas break. She is miserable not being in school. She loves school (thank goodness). She goes back this week so that will be good for all of us. Chad went to Walt Disney World a week ago. Yes, we were all jealous. He had fun and also worked hard at meetings. He said it was freezing there. Tyler just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Well....we just keep plugging away. Pictures are soon to come!

We had a great Christmas besides Lauryn getting the stomach flu on Christmas eve and Chad getting it Christmas night. Lauryn and Trent both got an Nintendo DS. Lauryn got a digital camera... like her Dad she loves taking pictures. Trent got a lot of match box cars...his favorite toy right now. Chad got a very nice Nikon camera and I got new bedding from the village quilt shop.

Oh....how I love that smile!!!

We got about a foot in a half of snow Christmas morning, the most we have ever seen out here. When my parents came to visit in the morning they couldn't go home without driving my Explorer.

So me and Chad of coarse went to the BYU vs. UTAH game. We had the time of our lives. I was so worried that the U would lose because when they do Chad is in the worst mood. But they didn't so I have a very happy husband. I really have never seen Chad so happy. We were so exhausted on Sunday from cheering so hard!!! GO UTES!!!!!

Tyler had to go to the Doctor yesterday. He had a goopy eye so I thought he should get some eye drops. Come to find out he has two ear infections. He never really cried. He's such a tough little guy. Well....Our little man weights 14 1/2 lb. at 5 weeks. He is feaking huge. The Doctor didn't believe it so they wanted to weight him twice. It was so funny!!!

Trent had his last soccer game last saturday until spring. When he focuses on the ball he really is a good soccer player. During soccer practices a football team practices the same time on the same field. Trent always says "mom that is what I want to play". So I guess he will be a football player instead of a soccer player.

I had my first outing with all 3 kids. We went to see the witches at Gardner Village with our Nana and cousins. The day was beautiful and we went on witches night so we got to see lots of ladies dressed up like witches. It was so fun to see all the different witch costumes.

Tyler is already 3 weeks old! He is such a good baby. We are so in love with him. Lauryn and Trent kiss him all day long. I have a feeling this little one is going to be very spoiled. I know how fast time goes so I am enjoying every minute with him.

Tyler arrived at 9:25 PM on October 6th. He was 8 lbs. - 15 oz. and 21 inches long. He has a lot of curly brown hair. Pictures coming soon!

We finally took the kids to the mine. We live five minutes from it. The kids have always asked "What's that funny mountain"? Well...now they know what goes on there. Trent loved the huge dump trucks. We went with Chad's mom, sister and her kids.

After the mine we went to a splash park by our house and had a picnic and played.

Chad's mom bought some blocks of ice and the kids went ice blocking. They had a blast!

Our kids got these Power Wheels for Christmas. Now that it's warm outside they ride them nonstop. We can't ever get our kids off of them. Lauryn pulls a little wagon behind hers it is so funny. Also, Trent pulls Lauryn in a stroller behind his 4 wheeler. They have a blast!

My pregnancy has been so fun with my kids being older and understand what's going on. They love going baby shopping. They want this baby to have everything. It's very cute.
Well.....the other day I was eating a popsicle and Lauryn said "oh mom.....I bet the baby is loving that popsicle". We laughed and laughed!!!!

I started the new pond this Spring. I decided it would be good to elevate the pond so people can sit by and feed the fish. Also, I wanted to be able to see the water, in the pond, from the house. Here are the pics. I just finished on the 16th of June. Oh, while the fish were in the holding tank, my biggest Koi jumped out and died. I also gave the goldfish to my neighbor, where 3 of them were quickly sucked into his pump and pulverized. Now they can be used as fertilizer. Anyway, I didn't take too many pictures of the process. The pond is now much bigger. I also put in a new, more powerful pump.

So, when we decided to have a waterfall and pond, it was just for the look and the sound. Why did I have to get fish?!!!
We bought 5 Koi and a lot of goldfish.
We bought the goldfish because someone told us to use them like a canary in a mine. If the feeder goldfish die, then koi will die, etc..
So now we have all these fish and I want them to grow big. So.... they need a bigger home.

The next phase.... Moving every damned rock one on top of the other. I bought a dolly to help me move the heaviest rocks. It did get me in good shape for the summer of 2006!

Looking at these pictures right now, makes me realize how small my pond was. At that point, the pond was going to be 8'x10'x2'. With a total of 8.5' of waterfall to the bottom of the pond.
