Almost done

This is how the pond looked for several months. I did some landscaping changes but made very few changes to the falls and pond.

Turning the water on!

I hooked up the falls filter on top and turned on the water. The kids liked it!

Getting close!

These pictures show the nearly finished rock portion of the falls. I needed help with the large flag stone on top of the lower fall. It took 4 of us.

The next phase.... Moving every damned rock one on top of the other. I bought a dolly to help me move the heaviest rocks. It did get me in good shape for the summer of 2006!

Looking at these pictures right now, makes me realize how small my pond was. At that point, the pond was going to be 8'x10'x2'. With a total of 8.5' of waterfall to the bottom of the pond.

New & Old Waterfall Project

The back hill and the pond hole. When we built our house, we asked the builder to leave much of our foundation excavation dirt in the back corner. That was about 9 truckloads of dirt that had been packed for a year.

Wasatch Hiking Pictures II

These are some more pictures from Timpanogos and Pfeifferhorn.

Hiking the Wasatch

Here are some pictures of some recent Hikes this Summer and Fall. Nothing cool happened while I was hiking. I just
got really tired. I am fat and out of shape, but I take a helluva picture!
